Weddings By Rishi offers professional photography and videography services for weddings and related events. Details of our services, pricing, and packages are outlined on our website and may be subject to change.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure our services, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through the methods specified on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service at our discretion.

4. Copyright and Usage

All photographs and videos produced by Weddings By Rishi are the property of Weddings By Rishi. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and videos for personal purposes. Any commercial use or reproduction requires prior written consent from Weddings By Rishi.

5. Delivery of Materials

We will deliver the final edited photos and videos within the timeframe specified in your contract. Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the project and the volume of work. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Liability

Weddings By Rishi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing and managing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
